Click this button to have MacAtoms remember which axes are to be flipped.
Note: the axes will not be flipped at this time, but rather later when you select the "Flip" menu item.
If this is selected, the flip will be done in the same coordinate system as the one used to specify the original atom positions.
If this is selected, the x, y, and z flips are specified in a coordinate system fixed to the Macintosh viewing screen. x is to the right, y is up, and z is out of the screen.
Check this box to cause the z axis to be flipped when the flip command is given.
Check this box to cause the y axis to be flipped when the flip command is given.
Check this box to cause the x axis to be flipped when the flip command is given.
